Remote home working, with the flexibility to travel across the UK regularly for conferences and meetings.
Living Leadership is dedicated to supporting leaders and spouses of leaders to live joyfully in Christ and serve him faithfully. Through our dynamic network of employees, Associates and volunteers, we provide support and resources to individuals and teams across the evangelical community, fostering spiritual health and healthy leadership practices. Our ministries encompass Formation (training), Refresh (support and pastoral care) and a wealth of additional resources. This includes one-to-one mentoring, supportive groups, enriching conferences and practical training.
Could you serve God in our growing ministry?
We are seeking a strongly relational and strategic leader who will lead our grace-centred ministry in the next phase of its development. The successful applicant will be a key advocate and public face for Living Leadership, inspiring others to share our mission. This includes partnering across a broad range of evangelical churches, networks and organisations.
The successful candidate will be an evangelical Christian in full sympathy with the aims and objectives of Living Leadership as outlined in our Statements of Faith and Ethos.

Ministry Development Lead: Scotland

£9,450 per annum
home-based in Scotland, with ability to travel to other parts of Scotland and to other UK locations.
Living Leadership is a dynamic network of employees and Associates providing training, support and resources for disciple-making leaders and spouses of leaders in the UK, Ireland and beyond. Alone and in partnership with likeminded ministries, we provide training, pastoral care and mentoring for leaders in churches and organisations across the evangelical family.
Could you serve God in our growing ministry?
We are seeking a mature Christian with experience developing and/or supporting leaders and a strong commitment to our beliefs, vision and values to join our staff team on a part time basis to develop our ministries in Scotland. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and experience in Christian ministry, including pastoral care and/or mentoring.
The successful candidate will be an evangelical Christian in full sympathy with the aims and objectives of Living Leadership as outlined in our Statements of Faith and Ethos and our Network Commitments.
