With experience in leadership, as a Midwife, Pastor’s wife, Mum and Mentor, Alli would describe herself as something of a creative problem solver and ‘Spiritual Cartographer’, helping Christian leaders/spouses to navigate their way through life and ministry in order to thrive not just survive. Her MA studies in Applied Theology, with a specialisation in mentoring has only fuelled her passion for this - for individuals or couples alongside Rowland, her husband. Together, they serve to 'pastor Pastors and their spouses'.
