Melinda joined Living Leadership in May 2023. She was previously on the senior ministry team at All Souls Langham Place where she ran the ministry training scheme. She completed an MA in Spiritual Formation at Gordon Conwell Seminary in 2024 and is currently training to be a Spiritual Director .
